i have to say its not too bad for the price, but i find the man who controls the workout was cheesy and boring boring boring. but over all ok will use the dvd again

Received This For Christmas.
Its A Great Workout DVD, Easy To Follow, Not Time Consuming And Doesn't Get Boring No Matter How Many Times You Do It. Plus It's Split Into Three Easy Sections So You Can Choose Which Bit You Do. Even Changing the Workout Round If you So Wish. I Would Recommend It To Anyone. Plus Its Easy To Fit In Every Day!

The actual workout is really good fun, especially if you do it with someone else,you work hard enough to break a sweat but not hard enough for continious breaks, and you dont need to rewind it in order to ensure you are doing it right which is handy!
There is also style tips and beauty tips and interviews with the wags which are quite funny!
Overall its the best workout dvd i have done and i would totally reconmend it!
