There are multiple things which let this TV down. First, the freeview in this set is horrible. No Signal errors appear when you turn off the TV and turn it back on - you have to turn it off and back on once more to regain the signal. As well as no signal there is occassional judder. You would be better suited to buy an external freeview box and connect it up, as the internal one is quite poor quality. Secondly, the sound is poor. The speakers are hidden at the back of the TV which pushes the sound away from the viewing area. This coupled with the lackluster sound presets (they don't vary enough) means you're going to want to have at least a separate 2.1 speaker system to get decent sound. There is a delay of maybe a few seconds before what you press on the remote registers with the TV - makes turning the volume and changing channels a long process. The option automatically turns itself on when changing sources or aspect ratio - even though it says its off. To combat this you must turn it ON and then OFF again. A firmware update would easily fix the movie plus bug, and the sound & freeview issues could be solved with external hardware. However you will just have to get used to the slow remote.

Other than those points the set is fantastic. Full 1080p, rumoured 24fps playback (awating firmware update), a brilliant picture and lovely glossly finish (you will need to dust this TV very regularly). Inputs are plentiful, once samsung sorts out the issues this TV will be a very good purchase for first time buyers or those looking to upgrade.
