I should have taken it out of the bag and tried it out instore before buying it, it's like sleeping on a brick - it's solid,
I've looked at dozens of pillows and decided that I'd trust M&S's judgment but made a big mistake.
I've since found a better pillow that was right for me that was shaped to fit your neck (this one is not shaped/molded) and was comfortable so try before you buy.
Thankfully M&S gave me a full refund :)
