The DAB radio incorporated in the M1ukDAB model appears to be useless. Using the the length of wire plugged into the ariel socket, as supplied with the kit, enabled me to receive just one station - BBC Asia Network. Installing a DAB ariel on my roof now allows me to receive one more station - Radio 4. Great.

The CD player can be temperamental. It can refuse to start with a commercial CD, or when it does start it stops after a few seconds. This requires turning off and turning on.

There is no information about how to contact iSymphony at either their website or in the manual. Maybe if you registered online this information would be sent to you.
