I was a bit nervous about buying a 40" screen as I have quite a small lounge, but the set is so slimline and the edging so small that, whilst the screen is huge, the actual TV takes up hardly any more space than my old TV.
I decided to go with the Sony because after doing a lot of research, this is one of, if not the most highly rated LCDs around at the moment in this price range.
The full HD resolutions is just incredible when used with a high res source like a Blu Ray disc, PS3 and I'm so glad that I got my Sky HD installed in advance. The colours and sharpness are mind blowing.
