Review by Mr MAW on 10/09/2007 Rating: 1 / 5 My Alba TRDAB2820 packed up after 18 months! I would expect a modern radio to last very much longer. I simply wanted to ask about whether it could be repaired and I emailed ALBA twice. I was ignored and never received a reply. I then wrote to Head office and again got totally ignored. I also tried a contact through Goodmans (Same group) and have received nothing. So, don't expect any customer service or technical back up from this company. They don't give a jot. ...
Review by Mr MAW on 04/10/2007 Rating: 4 / 5 With reference to my previous comments about Alba and my TRDAB2820 radio, as a result of the posting, I have been contacted by Alba and they have quickly and successfully resolved the situation to my satisfaction.
I have to give credit where it is due on this one. I do hope they improve their contact situation though.
