Review by Robert on 31/08/2007 Rating: 2 / 5 I bought this Philips phone with built-in answer machine because I had their last model which was really good - up until the answer machine stopped working. But this new model is not nearly as good as the last one - specifically the answer machine has really poor sound quality and very basic and annoying controls. I have now had to go out and buy a separate answer machine - thanks Philips!! Write your own review
