Review by mooskitman on 07/09/2007 Rating: 5 / 5 I just couldn't face the encouraging the DRM by getting an Ipod, so this was the next best choice.
It has audiophile sound quality and will play pretty much any format you like except the one from Itunes, but you can just burn a disc and re-rip from that into ogg,flac,mp3 or whatever.
Playing flac files (lossless) through this just sounds incredible and the bundled headphones are v. high quality.
The software is pretty good, but you don't even need to use it cos you can just drag and drop files into the folders like a hard drive from anything with a usb port.
This video is a bit sucky, but who seriously wants to watch video on these things anyway.
