Review by David Hollis on 02/01/2008 Rating: 3 / 5 The picture quality of this TV is very good... the sound quality is poor.. so poor that we have been forced to add external speakers (Creative Gigaworks T20). The combination is very good. If you do go down this route you will also need a SCART selector box with phono outputs... we purchased a £10 Commtel product from Argos. It does not appear possible to connect the speakers directly to the SCART in/out on the set and there is no other output...So far we have also been unable to record using the SCART sockets... we are not sure if it is a product fault or an intrinsic problem we will therefore be taking our TV back to Currys to check. I have given it 3 stars because of the picture quality and because we now have a very good system having spent an extra £80 or so. Write your own review
